Sealed tenders on prescribed tender forms are invited on the basis of MRS/ITEM RATES from the Government approved Contractors for the following works.

1. Detailed particulars of the works can be seen in the office of the undersigned on the working days during office hours.
2. Prescribed tender forms duly signed by the Treasurer can be had from the office of the undersigned upto Tueasday, May 10, 2016 during office hours, upon provision of

                                i.            Bank Receipt of Tender form Fee.

                              ii.            Deposit at call as earnest money @2% of bid price from any scheduled bank issued in the name of Treasurer must be accompanied with the tender.

                            iii.            Proof of Enlistment in any government department, C&W Department or University etc. for the year of 2015-16.

1. Tenders will not be issued to the representative/attorneys of firms/contractor except the owner of the firm/contractor himself.
2. The tender form will be issued, received and opened as per following schedule:

2. Tenders will be opened by tender opening committee in the office of Treasurer at GSCWU in the presence of contractors/their authorized representatives.
3. Successful bidders will have to deposit special enlistment fee of Rs. 3000/- for each work.
4. The vice Chancellor, GSCWU Bahawalpur reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rule No. 35.
